Chancellor FHK Racing by Prime Speed Sport embarks on a new chapter with Aston Martin Racing at the upcoming Sepang 12 Hour on March 16.
The New Zealand-based team are among the first in the world to debut the highly touted new Aston Martin Vantage GT3 EVO in 2024, with Sepang the first in a series of long-distance endurance races scheduled in Europe and Asia throughout the year.
Forming the driver line-up are the familiar trio of Francois Beziac and Heremana Malmezac, joined by Pro driver Jono Lester. Collectively, they have achieved success in local competition with a fleet of Porsches since 2021 when FHK Racing was first formed.
The opportunity with Aston Martin Racing is a chance for the team to evaluate manufacturer options in line with its long term objectives in global GT3 racing, and support from Earl Bamber Motorsport ensures a smooth transition into international competition.
Monday of race week will be the first time drivers and crew will see the Vantage GT3 EVO in the flesh ahead of pre-event testing and familiarisation. The gruelling conditions of Sepang will challenge the team on and off the track, with the objectives for FHK’s first 12-hour endurance race being a solid, composed and mistake-free performance.
